Is HausPros free for service providers?
Yes. During launch, service providers can create a profile, browse jobs, and bid for free. Providers keep their rates, and HausPros does not require a percentage fee from providers during Phase 1.
When do hosts pay?
Hosts and owners can post jobs, browse pros, and review offers for free. A one-time success fee applies only after a provider is hired and the first job is completed.
What is the host success fee?
During launch, the HausPros match fee is 10% of the first completed job, capped at $99. If the host subscribes to CleanHaus Pro within 30 days, the match fee can be applied as a subscription credit.
Is HausPros only for cleaners?
No. HausPros is built for the full short-term rental service bench, including cleaners, inspectors, maintenance pros, handymen, linen services, restocking, pool and spa service, landscaping, trash hauling, and emergency turns.
